Mission Statement
We serve and support People with Developmental Disabilities and to help them gain independence in their home and in their community. We believe that Individuals with Developmental Disabilities are a part of the fabric of society and our goal is to help them obtain the best quality of life possible with emphasis on the Individual’s choices.

Focus Point
Our focus and thriving point are caring and respecting the Individuals we serve. We respect their rights and care enough to support them in whatever their dreams and ambitions are. It doesn’t matter, whether it be obtaining a job, going to a day program, learning a trade, or just going out in their community, we are there to support them.
Team Members
Our Team is comprised of well-rounded staff members:
Executive Director – Oversees the entire Individualized Supported Living Program and handles the day-to-day operations.
Human Resource Manager – Oversees the hiring and onboarding of new employees and maintains required staff trainings.
Human Resource Recruiter – Oversees the initial contact and screening of potential new employees.
Registered Nurse – Oversees and monitors the health and welfare of the clients we serve and conducts monthly assessments.
Direct Support Professionals – Interact and engages the clients on a day-to-day basis, as well assist them with their needs.
